Nathan Rollinson recently brought us four pairs of shoes that were in need of some professional attention. From standard shoe repairs to bespoke alterations, follow the process of his shoe repairs and learn about the services we can offer.
On Nathan’s sparkly blue Louboutins, we added a shiny red rubber protective sole.
Many mens shoes have a smooth leather sole. Adding a rubber protective sole not only protects the leather sole and improves longevity, but also provides grip so isn’t slippy when you walk. Our rubber soles are 1mm in thickness and are applied to be flush with the rest of the sole. We use a colour closest to the colour of the outer edge of the original sole.
Don’t let anything dull the sparkle of your favourite party shoes. We re-glittered Nathan’s Jimmy Choos on creases and toes where glitter had become sparse.
Glitter comes in all shapes and sizes. We source a bespoke mix of shapes, colours and sizes of glitter to mimic the original glitter texture. After applying a specific adhesive, we carefully sprinkle on the glitter.
We used a special cleaning solution and tailored tools to revive the pile on Nathan’s classic red velvet loafers.
We have developed cleaning techniques to remove dirt and grease from your favourite trainers, loafers, brogues and boots. From removing deeply engrained mud on the sole to cleaning water-stains from suede and from replacing laces to giving your black brogues a military shine, a few hours with our cleaning team clean can be transformational.
We reattached the fallen buckle back onto Nathan’s Manolo Blahnik loafers.
When it comes to more advanced repairs, our in-house shoe specialist always welcomes a challenge. To restore Nathan’s Manolo loafers, we stitched the buckle onto the upper, being careful to not pierce the interior lining to ensure the repair was invisible.
